    Coaching sessions are held with each client every other week. These sessions are focused on support, encouragement, and accountability to reach your established goals.

    Your coach is highly experienced and received advanced training in integrative health, business/career, general fitness, mind/body connection, and strategies to accelerate your personal growth.

  • Voice & Text Support

    Your coach will support you between check-ins. You can reach your coach between sessions when needed to ask questions or get support. This is a great tool to facilitate action towards your goals.

I'm not your everyday coach. I'm a licensed mental health professional with extensive training in business, women's issues, neurodiversity, integrative health, and trauma. Over time, I pivoted to coaching business owners in the wellness industry. I've been working with service providers, creatives, therapists, and wellness pros to grow & scale their businesses. Before creating Reclaim Collective, I worked as a private practice therapist specializing in psychotherapy for neurodivergent women, couples & relationships, and clinical PTSD. Over the years, I felt the need to make a bigger impact than is possible in a 1:1 therapy setting. Cultivating health and wellness is lifelong. Developing and nurturing your identity isn't something you only do in the confines of therapy. I ended up with lots of business owners in therapy who really needed a business coach instead. Being a solo business owner, service provider, or private practice can be lonely & sometimes lacking in direction. Filling that gap with direction & support is where my coaching programs were born. Most often, it's the small lifestyle changes and daily rhythms that make the biggest impact and allow you the bandwidth and creativity to grow your business in a soul-aligned way. Coaching vs Therapy

What is the difference?

Coaching helps clients solve specific problems related to lifestyle, habits, and relationships. But there is no clinical diagnosis made, and there are fewer formalities and requirements for how services are provided. Therapy includes clinical treatment for a diagnosable mental health condition that impairs current levels of functioning and wellbeing. The focus is reducing symptoms and increasing functioning.

  • What can I expect in a 1:1 coaching session?

    After purchasing your package, you'll gain access to the coaching area. All new 1:1 clients get read and sign a Coaching Agreement. You'll schedule your 1:1 sessions via a private calendar link and coaching sessions take place via video calls or phone if the client prefers. The first session is spent reviewing your needs/wants for coaching. Subsequent sessions focus on your plan, action steps, and progress on your goals. Some packages are stand-alone, and others are monthly subscriptions. Choose what works best for you.

  • What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

    The difference lies in the client's goals and reasons for seeking help. Therapy is clinical assessment and/or treatment of a diagnosable mental health condition causing barriers to functioning. Coaching is not clinically based, there is no formal diagnosis. Coaching is more about employing strategies to thoughts and actions that are barriers to achieving life goals.

  • What's the difference between your coaching packages?

    The Reclaim Transformation Package is the most comprehensive with 6 months of coaching support. The Quick Start Package is great for specific time-bound results in six weeks time. The Monthly Maintenance Package is for clients who want on-going support on a monthly basis.

  • Who benefits most from individual coaching?

    Clients who want an ally and trusted guide because they are struggling to achieve goals & want to break through those barriers. Coaches provide support, encouragement, feedback, and accountability.

  • Why choose coaching to help me with personal growth?

    There are many ways to approach personal growth and development. It's powerful & healing to feel validated. A coach can help you create a more customized plan to address your challenges and help you achieve the change you desire.

  • What about refunds and cancellations?

    Refunds are only offered when the client's concerns exceed the scope of coaching, and they need a higher level of care or support. In these cases, I provide a refund and referrals to appropriate support services. Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

  • How do I vet a coach to see if they are a good fit?

    Be on the lookout for red flags. The coaching industry is not regulated. Many coaches are highly skilled, but ASK for their qualifications and training. Make sure they have experience or qualifications to help you get desired results.

  • What is the coach's training background?

    Master's Level Education, Licensed Mental Health Professional, Certified Clinically Trained Trauma Professional, Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional, and Entrepreneurship, with over 15 years of experience with clients.

  • What if I miss a coaching session?

    There is a cancellation policy in place to follow, and you'll be able to reschedule for an alternate time. If you are cancelling late or do not show, the time is forfeited.
